Bench Store Manager – SOMD Region Dash In | Full-Time | Salary Pay Range: $64,000–$80,000 base salary: Bonus: Up to 5% annual bonus Territory: Southern Maryland Travel Required: Yes – between assigned locations in SOMD The Opportunity: Dash In is hiring a Bench Store Manager to support and learn our Southern Maryland market while preparing to take over a store of your own. This role is ideal for experienced restaurant managers, kitchen managers, or multi-unit leaders who want broader operational exposure, real P&L responsibility, and a clear path to becoming a Store General Manager. You’ll train alongside seasoned leaders, step in to run stores when needed, and build the skills required to manage a Dash In location independently once placed. This is not a desk job. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and built for leaders who know how to run a floor, coach a team, and protect the business.
