About the role: As our European Accounts Director, you’ll take charge of Dyson’s partnership with one of the continent’s biggest retailers. You’ll set the direction across all markets with a key retailer, making sure performance, brand standards, and long-term goals align. You’ll lead a central team of two (Operational Excellence Senior Manager and Go-to-Market Senior Manager), plus coordinate with a dotted-line network of Key Account Managers based across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Turkey, Italy, Spain, and Poland. This blend of central and local expertise relies on your leadership to drive alignment, raise standards, and deliver results.
