Salary $27.00 per hour - $35.54 per hour Overview: Lead Resident Care Supervisor (LPN) Overview The Lead Resident Care Supervisor (LPN) supports and ensures the health and well-being of our residents by assisting the DON with overall staffing, staff training and development, and management of personnel in the Nursing department. The incumbent shall assess residents, perform audit measures, and follow state, local and federal regulations and best practices within his or her scope of practice.
