DUTIES: General campus grounds cleaning & maintenance; Snow removal and sanding of sidewalks and streets. Fertilizing, mowing, weed eating, watering, maintaining sprinkler systems, turf maintenance, pruning, planting, weeding, aerating, power raking, blowing out sprinkler systems and trash removal. Keeping all equipment in good running condition for each season. Moving, office furniture, and equipment. Graduation set up, yearly plant-in for campus. Assist in directing the work of student assistants. Takes the lead of Grounds crew in absence of the Grounds Manager. Addresses weed control through herbicide applications.
