ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the EA-18G by providing technical and tactical content for courseware. - Provide SME inputs to Training Departments on current and future operational employment and relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. - Maintain currency and proficiency with appropriate TTPs, SME lectures, and provide input to developing tactics. - Coordinate lesson revision input with Instructors and SMEs and transform it into fully functioning, immersive courseware. - Provide Tactics Instructors recommendations in support of aircrew execution. - Monitor Stan / Eval trends and initiate revisions in courseware to address customer trends. - Monitor courseware currency in assigned academic areas of responsibility. - Provide content input for all lesson revisions for which they are the primary SME....
