Your Opportunity Stantec is seeking Senior Environmental Planners/Project Managers to join our Assessment and Permitting team within the Environmental Services practice, working within one of our London, Waterloo, Markham, Hamilton, or Ottawa offices. You will join a team that delivers expertise to a wide variety of sectors. Your Key Responsibilities: - Manage project tasks and deliverables and assist with implementing the environmental assessment and permitting process as it applies to projects - Communicate and liaise with a variety of project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, members of the public, and internal multi-disciplinary teams. - Write and coordinate proposals and reports tailored to specific project requirements - Manage project tasks and deliverables related to Environmental Programs and/or Provincial and Federal Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) - Conduct desktop studies to support regulatory requirements for various developments - Develop and implement consultation programs with a focus on diverse stakeholders - Communicate and liaise effectively with project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and the publi...
