Benefits: - 401(k) - Bonus based on performance - Health insurance POSITION SUMMARY: As an Automotive Salesperson for Big O Tires, you will focus on GENERATING REVENUE through the inspection process, excellent customer service, great communication skills, tremendous product knowledge and thorough customer follow up. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience - Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issues - Adhere to the Big O Tire policies and procedures - work closely with mechanics, management, and ownership - Assist other sales or service associates as needed in an effort to exceed our customers' expectations - Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking - Maintain showroom merchandise - Sales of tires and service-related needs QUALIFICATIONS: Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year From flat tires and oil changes to rotor resurfacing and that weird clunking sound you’ve been hearing for a week, there are a lot of Big Oh Nos for your car.
