We are looking for a Product Content & Transformation eCommerce Business Manager to join our eCommerce UK team on a 12 Month FTC (maternity cover). Based onsite from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire! The Role: As the Product Content & Transformation eCommerce Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product content strategy and transformation, using AI and automation to revolutionise our global onboarding processes. You’ll step into a key role within the NEXT eCommerce Department, taking the charge for getting products live across UK and international sites while smashing ‘time to live’ KPIs. By spearheading the NEOS development roadmap and collaborating with Trade and Development teams, you will turn bold ideas into scalable realities. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technical innovation and commercial success, perfecting the customer journey to directly amplify sales and funnel performance.
