The Benefits Specialist supports our People Development Coordinators (PDCs) and operational leaders by administering and explaining team member benefits across Vetter Senior Living. This role serves as a trusted resource for benefit education, enrollment, life‑event changes, and leave management, while also supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. In addition to benefits administration, this role will manage FMLA and Leaves of Absence (LOA), assist with Short‑Term Disability (STD), Long‑Term Disability (LTD), and life insurance claims, and work directly with an assigned group of locations to ensure team members understand their benefits from day...
