About the role: As our Oaklands Assistant Site Manager, you'll work closely with the Site Manager and a great team of permanent Grain Handlers to help deliver a safe, smooth and efficient service in receiving, storing and outloading grain by both road and rail. Alongside a variety of hands-on grain handling tasks that keep our operation moving, you will also: - Coordinate day-to-day workflow of the team and support to attract, select, train, and develop permanent and casual team members - Develop and maintain relationships with growers, customers, local community groups and internal stakeholders - Support the resource planning for grain receival / outload activity during peak and off-peak periods - Support the planning and execution of scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, grain protec...
