The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening QnR's engagement with EU Institutions and Agencies, developing strategic relationships across the European Commission, and identifying opportunities for participation in large-scale EU tenders and framework contracts. This role is ideal for a senior professional with an established network within EU Institutions (European Commission DGs, EU Agencies, and related ecosystems) and a strong understanding of the EU procurement environment.
