Summary: Manager in Training is an opportunity to prepare a qualified, dedicated candidate to further learn how to manage operations and activities of a store and staff. The Manager in Training is asked to assist in the execution of company policies, procedures, programs, and to meet and/or exceed sales and other internal goals.
