We are looking for a Steam Sterilizer Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the Chili Sterilizer and Mill equipment in the Chili department. The Steam Sterilization Lead ensures the line performs to expected production throughput while maintaining product quality and safety that meets customer and company standards. Maintenance mechanic/ electrician in food manufacturing experience highly preferred. Experience running packaging equipment/ robotics is a plus. Manufacturing environment experience and working knowledge of food manufacturing concepts such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), food safety, HACCP, standard operating procedures (SOP’s), LOTO and safe work practices. What you’ll do: - Sets up equipment parameters based on packaging formula set by the planning department to meet customer order requirements.
