Job Description Summary: Responsible for the overall planning and management of drywall self-perform estimating activities, including preparing, analyzing, and presenting detailed cost estimates for framing, hanging, taping, and finishing scopes on commercial construction projects. Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Perform all standard Estimator responsibilities with a focus on Drywall, metal framing, insulation and acoustical ceilings. - Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to fully understand the self-perform drywall scope. - Prepare detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs, labor productivity analysis, and material pricing for drywall-related scopes. - Evaluate and coordinated subcontractor and supplier quotes for materials such as drywall, framing and finishes. - Determine labor rates, crew compositions, and equipment costs for self-perform field teams. - Develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates during preconstruction and at various design stages. - Maintain and meet bidding schedules, ensuring timely submission of estimates and proposals. - Prepare and submit material requisitions and purchase requests for drywall self-perform work...
