Global and EMEA Compensation & Benefits Lead

Job description

The role ensures competitiveness, consistency, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated insurance/reinsurance context and leads a small team while facilitating the global C&B community. Key duties and responsibilities: 1) Global & Regional C&B Strategy & Governance Co-develop and implement the Group Total Rewards strategy. Translate global principles into a clear EMEA roadmap, adapted to diverse regulatory landscapes in close collaboration with Regional C&B leads. Ensure governance and global consistency of compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits frameworks. Incorporate regulatory requirements (Solvency II, DORA, EU PTD, etc.).
