Job description

The role ensures competitiveness, consistency, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated insurance/reinsurance context and leads a small team while facilitating the global C&B community. Key duties and responsibilities: 1) Global & Regional C&B Strategy & Governance Co-develop and implement the Group Total Rewards strategy. Translate global principles into a clear EMEA roadmap, adapted to diverse regulatory landscapes in close collaboration with Regional C&B leads. Ensure governance and global consistency of compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits frameworks. Incorporate regulatory requirements (Solvency II, DORA, EU PTD, etc.). Contribute to internal committees and bodies, such as works councils (e.g., French CSE) and the Remuneration Committee. 2) Compensation Management transparency in recruitment, employee information rights, reporting, and joint pay assessments. 3) Benefits Oversight 4) Global C&B Advisory & Community Leadership 5) Analytics, Market Intelligence & Compliance 6) Team Leadership - Lead the annual compensation review process at Group Level and across EMEA. - Advise leadership and HRBPs on pay decisions for hiring mobility, retention, and s...
