Job description

Create a fun, musical, and entertaining environment while leading dance instructions for guests in a multi-experiential live music venue, bar and restaurant. Ensure seamless quality of entertainment and guest engagement in both on- and off-site events. Model teamwork, service and integrity to foster a positive and productive work environment. Work with a team to deliver exceptional service to guests through unforgettable experiences. - Interact with guests at all times, including dancing through band/musician sets and mingling. - Perform dances and teach line dance lessons to guests. Announce bands/artists. - Distribute flyers outside of building to promote events and venue. - Work closely with technical production team on coordination of music. - Keep disc jockey (DJ) booth clean and free of food, drinks and trash. - Maintain knowledge of current dance trends, country music artists, and new line dance choreography. - Maintain a safe and secure environment for artists, clients, employees, etc., ensuring that all codes, laws, regulations, and emergency procedures are followed. - Ensure that all equipment is used safely and in accordance with proper industry standards.
