Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, YouTube Product Partnerships

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking. - Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. - Ability to communicate in German fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships. - Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment. - Knowledge of the telco, tech and digital media ecosystem in EMEA. - Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners. - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, matrixed, fast-paced and changing environment. - Excellent people and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial, and business points with partners and internal teams.
