We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher for Norlandia Stepping Stones “Today we built a spaceship. We decided it would fly to Mars. But first we had to calculate how many rockets it would need. And then we learned what gravity means.” This is what everyday life in early childhood education looks like through children’s eyes as they marvel, experiment, ask questions, and learn. As a pedagogue and facilitator of learning, you see it as moments where every situation supports children’s learning and discoveries. What do we expect from you? You are a qualified Early Childhood Teacher who wants to do their work professionally, with children’s learning and insights at the core. You are competent in both English and Finnish. You are responsible for the pedagogy of your own group, guide children’s learning, and participate in the development of the daycare centre. You make use of AI and digital tools to support planning and evaluation.
