About the role: As the SIOP Lead Project Manager for the Engineered Solutions Business Unit, you will be responsible for aligning engineering demand with the Business Unit financial plan and providing clear, actionable demand signals to engineering teams. This role serves as a critical link between product strategy, financial planning, and engineering execution, ensuring that resource allocation supports business objectives and delivery commitments. You will collaborate across the organization to strengthen the strategic direction of ES products & services; organizations to interface with include: OPX-SPMO, APX, Finance, HR.
