Job DetailsJob Location: AR Bryant - Bryant, AR 72022Summary/Objective This position is responsible for driving sales and rental of the construction equipment and utility agriculture products in a specified territory. This role provides ongoing support to the product distribution channel while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Essential Functions: Have organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Develops and increases sales and rental revenue to meet assigned targets. Becomes actively involved in company’s sales orientation and sales training programs. Works on Contract opportunities and proposals. Assists company with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts. Assists with the planning of sales exhibits. Attends trade shows and / or community- based functions. Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
