Job Summary: This position efficiently and effectively oversees the daily processes of the Sterile Processing Technicians and assures compliance with all policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards. The incumbent in this position will support the mission, vision, ICARE values, and strategic initiatives of MWHC Health System and must demonstrate a commitment to quality service to our patients, physicians, the public and co-workers.
