Position Summary: The Regional Protein Merchandising Manager will be responsible for strategically sourcing and managing a portfolio of protein commodities specific to the South Region. This role requires a deep understanding of commodity proteins, extensive vendor relationship management, and strong collaboration with our key protein partners, regional merchandising, and sales teams. You'll leverage your market insights to ensure the availability of high-quality, cost-effective products that meet the unique demands of our customers in the region.
