Project Engineer We are looking for a Project Engineer for our Westbury, NY facility. In this role, under limited guidance , supports the R&D organization by researching, evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria in testing and solving technical problems pertaining to thermal spray application development, system acceptance tests, and product validation projects. Your Responsibilities: - Formulates and executes project plans within the Coating Solution Center (CSC) under limited guidance from Sr. Project Engineers. - Leads individual project activities for PVD/thermal spray application and parameter development, product support and validation (system acceptance tests). Additional support required for key account managers, materials and equipment business lines. - Ensure project assignments meet established technical requirements, budget, and time schedules. This includes guidance in the use of equipment and materials used in the spray process, testing for coating properties, and product evaluation. - Oversees the maintenance and organization of spray test results and documentation. - Keeps stakeholders informed of the status of assi...
