Responsibilities As an Entry-Level Service Writer, you will oversee the daily operations of the shop and lead our team of general service technicians. Key duties include: Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by consulting with customers, listening to their needs, and providing clear updates on service estimates and completion times. Service Coordination: Oversee vehicle inspections, build computerized repair orders, source parts, and make comprehensive repair recommendations.
