Overview: We are looking for an innovative, passionate person with a true calling for patient care—someone who uses their heart, soul, and mind in creative ways—to join our team as an Exercise Physiologist for our online Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation program . In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging telemedicine-based exercise sessions for patients with chronic cardiac and respiratory conditions—including congestive heart failure and COPD—as well as those with multiple comorbidities.
