Job description
The Corporate Digital Sales Operations Specialist will support the Digital Operations Team by providing digital deal entry and digital campaign support assistance to our television station and national sales teams. The Specialist will provide digital deal entry, pre-, and post-sale assistance to national sellers, as well as station sellers as volume or need dictates. This position reports into the Corporate Digital Sales Operations Assistant Manager. Responsibilities: - Provide digital order entry support for National Sales teams - Provide order entry backup to assigned station groups for high volume or PTO coverage - Train and mentor Regional Specialists on digital products or processes as needed - Assist in maintaining training materials, product documentation, order entry documentation, and other team resources - Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in digital sales or operations and customer service - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Strong understanding of AOS and Jira systems - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer s...
