BEAUTY MARKETING INTERNSHIP: Join the team at MONDAY Haircare as we expand our beauty vertical with exciting new brands, including Being Haircare, DAISE Beauty and more to come. We’re looking for a creative, switched-on Beauty Marketing Intern to support across brand, influencer, PR and digital. This is a 3-day per week, 3-month internship starting 10-June, perfect for someone wanting hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth beauty business. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Influencer & PR Support: Source and vet influencers, write briefs, manage product send-outs via 3PLs, and track live coverage. Support the wider team and external PR agencies on global campaigns. Social & Digital Briefing: Assist in briefing creative for social and digital campaigns, including product launches. Campaign & Retail Launches: Research trends, build mood boards, and support content and influencer ideation for launches and key moments. Market Research: Track beauty trends, competitor activity and industry news to inform marketing activity.
