The role includes conducting outreach, serving as a liaison between Family Endeavors and community partners, and ensuring Case Managers have up-to-date resources to resolve clients’ unmet needs. This position plays a leadership role in professional representation, building trust with partners, and ensuring alignment with FEMA, state, and organizational standards. Due to the nature of the job and the confidentiality of client information, work-from-home options will not be available for this position.
