BRAD Service Coordinator Business & Retention Center: Hourly Rate: Starting at $11.00 per hour Location: Reed-Lallier Chevrolet: Reed-Lallier Chevrolet is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused BRAD Service Coordinator to join our team. Availability Requirements: - Monday – Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM - Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Position Responsibilities: - Answer incoming service calls using approved call scripts to assist customers and schedule service appointments - Collect and update customer contact information including name, phone numbers, address, and email - Record customer interactions and notes in dealership CRM/DMS systems - Contact customers using approved call scripts to schedule service appointments - Confirm scheduled appointments through phone, text, or email - Follow up with customers who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling - Maintain accurate and updated customer information within the...
