Job description

Qualifications: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality control, quality assurance, and process control systems to meet internal and customer requirements. - Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective action activities (RCCA, 8D, 5 Whys), ensuring effective closed-loop resolution. - Perform product, process, and system audits and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions that were taken. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving first-pass yield, and lowering cost of poor quality (COPQ). - Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, PFMEA, and other quality planning documentation. - Apply statistical methods (SPC, capability analysis, gage R&R) to monitor and improve process performance. - Coordinate failure analysis for nonconforming or returned product; ensure timely and effective corrective actions. - Develops and implements methods and procedures for timely disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility. - Review manufacturing operation sheets and process changes to ensure compliance with quality and contractual requirements. - Perform gap analysis of customer requiremen...
