Nurse Faculty - NCLEX Hondros College of Nursing Indianapolis, IN The Nursing Faculty- NCLEX is responsible for instructing students in assigned courses, on-campus labs and/or in the clinical area according to the course plan. This person will produce ancillary materials designed to assist students in NCLEX proficiency, with particular focus on improving the NCLEX results for PN and ADN Programs in which they are assigned. The Nursing Faculty- NCLEX will be responsible for assisting other campus faculty in the analysis of the HESI data and early identification of at-risk students. This person participates in the planning and development of the curriculum of the nursing programs as well as in the implementation and evaluation of the program of study. This faculty participates as full members of Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees. As a member of Faculty Organization, Faculty members are responsible and accountable for overall program outcomes.
