Job Description: - Reviewing and evaluating Quality Control (QC) cases. - Checking, validating, and resolving AML Screening matches in accordance with compliance standards. - Monitoring, managing, and responding to incoming emails via the “QC Sales” inbox in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: - Competence in carefully checking and analyzing QC and KYB checks. - Compliance with standards and legislation. - Ability to manage, track, and prioritize email traffic efficiently - Basic knowledge of key performance targets (KPIs) and operational metrics, such as AHT and SLA. - Ability to identify technical or operational issues, escalate them to the relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process.
