Overview This position serves as a key resource and mentor within the registration and scheduling team, supporting daily operations while ensuring high-quality patient access services. In addition to performing registration and scheduling duties, this role provides leadership support by training new team members, troubleshooting complex registration or scheduling issues, and acting as a liaison between patients, clinical staff and leadership. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, optimizing scheduling workflows, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.
