Job Description Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience Location Miskin (site-based) Working hours day-shift Application deadline: 15/06/2026: We are seeking a proactive and organised Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our Process Finishing department. As a Production Supervisor in Process Finishing reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll have responsibility for a team and ensure finishing operations deliver against productivity, quality and delivery expectations across all three shifts. You’ll also be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining high standards of quality and accountability, and supporting a culture of urgency, ownership and continuous improvement throughout the department. Process Finishing is a high-paced environment focused on completing machine shop components for both functional and cosmetic requirements.
