Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Provides the day-to-day supervision and coordination to the specialty area of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (CVPR). Performs duties as a working Exercise Physiologist I. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Kinesiology required. Master's degree preferred. - American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within 6 months of hire. - Clinical teaching experience preferred. - 2 years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist required; 5 years preferred. - Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. Reports directly to the CVPR Regional Supervisor. Leads the CVPR colleagues as a coach and mentor in alignment with organizational and departmental leadership values and expectations.
