Job Summary: Assists the Program Manager in areas related to supervision and general operation of the residential program. Provides direct care supervision to individuals and ensures shifts run smoothly and efficiently. EssentialDuties/Responsibilities: - None RequiredSkills/Abilities: - Coordinates and supervises daily programmatic functions including supervision/oversight of staff, upkeep of the residence and implementation of all aspects of individual treatment plans. - Ensures that complete and appropriate individualrecords are maintainedin accordance withfunding source regulations and Community Strategies policies and procedures. - Overseethe development and implementation of behavior plans, ISP objectivesand all other aspects of residential programming. - Participatein the training of all new employees. - Manages program funds and supervises personal finances for all clients. - Dispenses medications per MAP requirements as needed. - Engages in the upkeep of the residence. - Ensures adequate program coverage and supervision. - Ensurethat duties and responsibilities are carried out in a supportive and professional manner. - Attendappropriate meetingsas directed. - Conduct physi...
