2nd shift role with 10% differential. Full or Part Time hours available! Job Summary: Operate CNC Swiss Lathe Machines to fabricate precision components parts. Reporting To: Production Manager Essential Job Functions: - Operates CNC Swiss Lathe machines. - Make appropriate offsets and adjustments to tools under advisement of the team lead. - Read and interpret blueprints. - Properly use calipers, veneers, and thread gauges. - Complete required inspection checks. - Properly and safely load and unload machines. - Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machines. - Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. - Utilize and abide by all safety procedures. - Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions. Skills and Abilities: - Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbal and written - Problem-solving skills - Attention to detail with precision equipment and products - Ability to modify or edit CNC programs at the machine. - Ability to perform basic mathematical computations - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Education and Experience: - High school diploma or GED required.
