Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for one of our Sports Properties. This role is critical to delivering on our partnership commitments and supporting game day execution, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative operations. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable team member who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the school Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displays Support fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.) Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Propert...
