Field Sales Representative - Hub Manager Department: Field Sales: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Cork: Compensation: €38,000 - €50,000 / year Description: Team Leadership: - Supervise, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives within allocated region. - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, strategies, and goals. - Provide mentorship and support for skill development, including product knowledge and sales techniques. - Conduct field visits to meet clients alongside team members. - Carpool, providing pick-up/drop-off to team members as required. Key Responsibilities: Sales Coaching & Training: - Provide ongoing sales training to develop the team's selling skills and knowledge of products/services. - Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual performance issues. - Organise training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with new products, services, or market changes. Sales: - Meet your own individual daily/weekly sales targets.
