Registered Nurse - Fixed Term About Us: Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd, located in Mackay, Queensland, operates two aged care facilities: Kerrisdale Gardens and Good Shepherd Lodge. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Kerrisdale Gardens on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising and supporting care staff, and maintaining a safe and caring environment for residents. About the Role: This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity for up to 4 months to cover parental leave, commencing in late June. Availability for morning shifts from Tuesday to Saturday is required. As an RN, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering clinical care, supporting residents’ health and well-being, and mentoring care staff under the guidance of our facility management.
