We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Cootes Vets on a part-time basis. Cootes Vets is a small, well-established first-opinion practice with two highly experienced, long-standing vets and a close-knit, family-feel team. Set in a beautifully refurbished semi-rural clinic with on-site parking and easy access to Brighton and the South Downs, we’re proud of our strong community ties and loyal client base, with high levels of preventive healthcare and insured patients. We’re well equipped to manage a wide range of cases in-house, including digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, laparoscopy, tonometry, in-house laboratory facilities, and a Phovia lamp. We also work closely with a dedicated out-of-hours service to ensure continuity of care. Community engagement is central to what we do, from successful annual dog shows to community grant awards supporting local charities. We also run nurse-led clinics such as puppy parties and weight management clinics, and take pride in our collaborative, motivated team culture where clients are known by name and care is truly personal.
