Lead AI Solutions Architect – Full Stack (Incubation Team) We are seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect – Full Stack to join our Incubation Team, where we explore, prototype, and validate next-generation Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions. This position is a hands-on leadership role requiring practical expertise in Agentic AI, data science, engineering, and solution architecture. It demands close collaboration with product and engineering teams, as well as providing technical guidance across incubation projects. This role is ideal for a builder–thinker who thrives in ambiguity, can rapidly learn new business domains, and enjoys turning complex workflows and user problems into demo-ready, production-minded AI solutions. The role focuses on proof-of-concept development, architectural guidance, and effective handoff to Product Engineering teams.
