Job description

Overview Under direction, the Survey Technician will perform a variety of survey tasks to support the survey crew’s daily operations. This position will assist the Survey Crew Chief in ensuring accurate and precise field measurements, procedures, and note taking are adhered to. The position also requires fostering a positive team atmosphere, supporting staff development, and ensuring clear communication with the Project Surveyor regarding project status and issues. The Survey Technician / Land Surveyor-in-Training oversees the field personnel and ensures successful project execution throughout its lifecycle. This is a non-exempt role, paid on an hourly basis.
