Job Overview HVAC Technician performs duties related to installing, maintaining and repairing various types of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilating systems. Employees in this class perform a wide variety of mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance and repair on various types of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, ranging from basic wall or window units and central systems to some large commercial units (e. g. 360-ton chillers; 120-ton condensers.)
