Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide Operational and Administrative Support to the Member Services Unit by assisting with duties associated with monitoring and managing the provider appeals process. This position would support the appeals unit by drafting appeals summaries and conducting research to resolve provider appeal requests. This position would also conduct outreach as needed to provider groups to provide education on the claims and billing process.
