Responsibilities Summary: The Account Manager plays a critical role in managing & growing key customer relationships. This position is responsible for overseeing commercial activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, & driving revenue growth through strategic account management & coordination with internal teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned automotive accounts, fostering strong relationships & ensuring customer needs are met. - Lead the preparation & submission of quotations, manage pricing files, & ensure alignment with customer expectations & internal profitability goals. - Review production contracts, resolve discrepancies, & ensure proper documentation & record retention. - Oversee customer prototype orders, including engineering design & development, invoicing, & delivery tracking. - Contribute to sales forecasts, acquisition plans, & reporting activities such as strategic account reviews & board-level presentations. - Utilize customer engineering change control systems to access & manage engineering change orders. - Coordinate order processing & monitor delivery sta...
