PIH Health Medication Management Clinic is located off site from the main PIH Health Whittier Hospital, located only 12 miles southeast of Los Angeles, CA. The clinic is a subspecialty providing care focused on chronic disease management care in collaboration with the primary care providers and specialists with group and affiliated providers.
