Function / Area: Office Support Reporting to: Lead Executive Assistant: Position Summary: To provide a professional front of office reception services to both employees and guests. To provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant team as required. This role is based in the office 5 days per week. Core working hours 8:45am – 16:45pm Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the London Office, ensure friendly and speedy hand-off of guest to EA’s or colleagues - Answering or reception telephones, effectively transitioning callers to appropriate contact points. - Liaison point for London building office entry reception (not CNAHardy); to effectively and quickly resolve any guest or employee entry issues. - Manage the presentation of the Reception area and meetings rooms, escalating issues or concerns to facilities to resolve as required - Daily check that meeting room and IT equipment is functional, escalating issues or concerns to IT to resolve as required.
