In this role, you'll set direction, navigate healthcare systems, build influential stakeholder relationships, and turn strategic vision into tangible patient impact. Are you ready to shape the future of market access? Your new role: Under this role, you will directly report to the Market Access & Public Affairs Director. Sitting in Madrid, as Regional Field Market Access Head, you’ll lead the regional team of West Spain to bring the national Market Access strategy to life. By driving strong cross‑functional collaboration, building influential relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, and anticipating reimbursement barriers, you’ll play a key role in securing sustainable access for current and future treatments and strengthen Novo Nordisk’s presence and reputation among key stakeholders.
