The role: The People Operations Manager is a critical member of the People (HR) team, responsible for executing the People strategy in alignment with organizational objectives. Reporting to the Director People Operations, this role collaborates closely with leadership, senior managers, and employees to provide tactical HR support. This role will be responsible for regional benefits administration, managing onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions, overseeing payroll, and serve as a compliance partner to uphold labour laws and company policies.
